Even after Villar is killed, the Altirk Lords refuse to acknowledge defeat. Gathering in Lassic's castle, they form the Altirk Pact to carry out Villar's dying wish. Lassic nominates Theo as the leader, but is unable to gain support from the rest of the Lords.
Meanwhile, Marrine in hopes of recovering Bulltava, tries to reach out to Theo. Assessing the current state of war, Siluca suggests a clever scheme to Theo.
